Grandmother Has Adorably Savage Response to Granddaughter's Profile Picture

Sometimes, you just want to wear a pretty red dress for your Facebook profile picture, and sometimes, your grandmother just wants to let you know that it’s not always the best choice.

This adorable exchange happened on Facebook after Megan Martin, from Blackburn, West Lothian, Scotland, changed her profile picture and added one where she was wearing a red silk dress.

Apparently, for her grandmother, the great fit of the dress or the bold color of it hardly mattered. In a funny comment response to the Facebook post, the 17-year-old got flooded with both good compliments and a daring one from her grandmother herself. According to her grandmother, the dress’s main flaw was the way it made her look like she has “pointy nipples.”

Megan is not bothered, though, as she shares to LAD Bible, a social media and entertainment social publisher. Ger grandmother has always spoken her mind, even in her other profile pictures. The difference, says Megan, is that this time, her grandmother’s reply garnered the attention of many people in a way she was not expecting.

Megan said, “My gran comments on most pictures I upload. She is quite upfront with what she thinks about what I’m wearing. The brand of the dress was Quiz in a satin material and I was going to a party and the picture was taken that night.”

She added, “I didn’t expect the tweet to go viral at all. My friends and family have had the same reaction as me, we didn’t notice how funny the picture actually was until my gran mentioned.”

Megan said that she could not believe people found the comment even funnier than it is. Jake Massey of LAD Bible said it was the last part of the comment that drew people in. In it, Megan's grandmother added three Xs which signified that she still loved her granddaughter even if she was absolutely grilling her.

No harm done, of course; Megan said the comment left her in stitches.
