Wedding Guest Who Made A Petty Remark On Invitation Found Dead Days Later

Amy Domagala, a 36-year-old bride from Chicago, shared in a Facebook group called ‘That’s It I’m Wedding Shaming’ her frustrations after she received the ‘RSVP’ of a guest named Arlene. The Sun UK, a tabloid newspaper from the United Kingdom, reported in their online article that after the bride shamed Arlene on Facebook, she received the news that the poor lady died.

Arlene, who was a Milwaukee resident, complained about the postage costs that she had to pay after the bride failed to cover the cost of the weight of a magnet inside the invitation. She included a hand-written note inside the RSVP which said, “Kyle and Amy! What kind of invitation is this where I had to pay postage due to get your mail! The magnet was cracked as well. Arlene.”

The bride, who was unaware of the tragic demise of late Arlene, shared this note in the Facebook group. There, she said that Arlene’s response was a ‘petty’ one. “First of all, clearly that was not our intention. I put additional postage on it. People in Florida, Washington, Texas have gotten it with no additional postage needed.”

Amy also said that she will be sending Arlene a nasty a** letter back and a check that will cover her postage. The bride mentioned in her post that she wishes that Arlene will not join them at the wedding. But then, the groom, Kyle, and Amy were baffled upon learning that Amy died just days after the letter was received.

After learning about this news, Amy updated her Facebook post and wrote, “So I submitted this on September 22 as of September 27th SHE DIED!!!!!! HOW CRAZY IS THAT!!!!!”

The other members of the Facebook group expressed their shock about the news. “OMG what a turn of events,” one member commented in the post.
